The prompt and courteous service I have received from Toby @ Baumann's has been a refreshing take on my previous experiences with auto care. Before Baumann's, I was apprehensive when something went wrong with my vehicle and I had to take it to the "shop" , knowing that I probably would be taken advantage of as a female consumer and probably be overcharged. I no longer feel that way, thanks to Toby @ Baumann's!
