HOWDYSERVICE-QUALITY-PERFORMANCE & POSITIVE ENERGY IN THE SHOP & STAFF WAS "MAGNIFICENTO"!!!

The AHCCC and Terry, the Service Manager, were very helpful to me this weekend. My car would not start, and they agreed to wait for me until I could get a jump from AAA, whom I had to wait an hour for, as is typical. I managed to make it to the AHCCC just after 2:00 PM, where I was able to get a new battery and was back on the road within the hour. I am a spinster and I rely on these helpful folks.

Routine spark plug and wires replacement. They provided a courtesy ride back to my house while the work was completed.

I'm extremely pleased. The two guys I talked with went the extra step to help me replace my battery which was still under warranty. I would not have been aware of the warranty thing. They called the dealership, informed me about the warranty and answered my questions. The battery was replaced w/no cost. I'm quite impressed w/this level of customer service. I'll be back when I need help w/my car...and I'll tell my friends!
