John was excellent. He took care of my car repairs and kept me posted throughout the process and Augie Experience and professionalism during the checkout process was exceptional going beyond.

JD made sure eveything was working properly on my Jeep. Willcontinue to use this Baumann location. The employees at the Mainland location are friendly and very helpful. I enjoy doing business with them.The Cincinatti location although, which I used to go to, I will never go to that location again. The customer service there is below standards of anywhere I have been.
