As usual, the guys at Ken's were courteous and very responsive. That's why I keep coming back.

The job was good! I was disapointed that Baumann Auto personnel did NOT offer me their posted $29.99 for oil change and tire rotation. Instead they offered me high end services. They were trying to do more work than was needed. I saw the sign that same day after passing the repair shop the opposite direction heading towards Walgreens coming from Walmart. That makes me feel uneasy.

My suv was checked out and fixed with a quickness. Same day service,didn't have to wait.Everyone is honest and professional,and that is why I will continue to come back for any service needed for my two vehicles.Thanks again for great service!

My experience with all the staff/mechanics was exceptional,Brandon,John,Eric,Greg,Doc, and Chuck (the district manager). They all took an interest in finding and fixing the problems with my truck...u joints,alternator, rotated my tires, and drove/checked my truck several times to make sure it was good, all the while helping other customers with the same friendliness, enthusiasm and professionalism. Their prices were reasonable and the mechanics really know and like their profession. I highly recommend this station!
