The staff is very customer friendly and know what they are doing. My truck has over one hundred thousand miles and the mileage on the car is almost there. I do not trust my vehicles to anyone else.

Have been using Baumann for over 20 years with our cars. Recently moved to Boerne and used a car mechanic out there and we realized quickly we needed to pick up our truck and take it to Baumann. Baumann never disappoints, is honest and their quality of work is superior to none. Will be a lifetime user of Baumann's. They are the best in the San Antonio area.

on the oil change, what a nice break. I also appreciate the estimate for shocks and the notation of other maintenance/repairs for which to plan. That really helps me know that I am safe on the road and saves me from "vehicle crises" I do not expect. I plan to be back before the Fall to get repairs underway.

Staff is very friendly and went in for an oil change and service was great. My own fault for taking awhile, attempted changing my own oil and had stripped my drain plug, however they provided one for me :)

I am now on my 7th Service Manager. The service was very speedy, but I was charged $90 for the diagnostics, which I don't believe I was ever charged for in the past. I am looking for a refund on a bill that was around $500.

I have been relying on Baumann for years to service my SUV and have never been disappointed. Always courteous and always reliable, I have never left thinking I was being over sold or undervalued as a customer.
