First, it was my 2009 Ford Explorer, not 1998. Other than that the service was fantastic. A friendly and professional staff is there to help.

I have been coming to this location for years and its unfortunate that Sarah will no longer be running this location, I truly hope that the new replacement can take over and obviously not replace Sarah but still take care of us and can be trusted, She made you feel like family and I will be forever sad that she is no longer there.

We had a battery fail and Baumann got us in immediately to care of it and get us back on our way. They even made sure it was just the battery and not another problem in the electrical system. The only place we go to for auto repairs.
