This is the first time i have vistited Bauman's shop the appearance and service was professional. They kept me informed of all the steps in repairing my truck. They repaired my engine my Ram 1500. All went well and was informed and asked every step of the way. great service and extremely professional. I was thankful i stopped by. They guarantee their work. Sarah and her staff always go above and beyond, My wife took our Mercedes for a state inspection and they did a courtesy multi point check on the car to let me know what maintenance it needed. You don't get that type of service just anywhere!

One of the parts from a previous repair was flawed and was immediately replaced. Service is always friendly and informative.
