First class as always.

Had a problem with a failed inspection on this vintage vehicle. Took it right to these guys for an evaluation, as they have helped maintain it over a number of years. They checked it over as a courtesy and for my peace of mind, and even put their evaluation in writing for me, so I could deal with the Inspection Station directly. They truly made me feel like such a valued customer!

Extremely Friendly and Fast Service!

I called the Alamo Heights Car Care Center At 930 am to make an appointment for my Groupon, which included an oil change and tire rotation. The rep advised me there was an opening at 1030 am, much to my surprise. The wait time was not long and the shop even rest my Maintenance light. Somehow I lost my magnetic cell phone mount. The shop advised me the next day they had found it. Once again, I was pleasantly surprised by their great customer service. To summarize, their service is truly outstanding, the work is done in a timely manner and the price is quite reasonable. Kudos to Alamo City for a job well done. I highly recommend this shop to everyone.
