I especially appreciated the communication as well as the successful effort to make the AC switch repair without reporting to major dealer components. Our family has three older vehicles and we were looking for a new auto shop. I think we have found it!

I am now frequently towing a trailer, so I brought in my Explorer to have belts and brakes checked out. Any other mechanic might've taken advantage and sold me parts and repairs, but Baumann did a thorough check and told me everything was fine - no charge. You just earned my trust 100%!
