Recently moved from Houston and did proper search for automotive shop. I was not at all disappointed after oil change, tires balanced, and rotated. I'm familiar with the automotive service business. Sarah, general manager, has great customer skills and is very knowledgeable of labor, parts, lubricants, and more. I'll return with my other Explorer soon.

Awesome service as always! Took care of my car's oil change needs and checked everything out for me. Plus provided me with an actual print out of the results. Even went as far as checking out my brake pads and the estimated time to need them changed. Great care and customer service with a smile! Thank You!

I happened into Baumann for a second opinion a few years ago after a bad experience with another repair shop. The other shop informed me I needed a new ac compressor, but Baumann quickly assessed the situation and I drove out 45 minutes later with 2 new belts which kept my ac working until the vehicle was totaled in a hail storm this week. From day one I have used Baumann for all my repairs and highly recommend them to family and friends who also use them. I purchased a used vehicle which they checked out, changed the oil and checked out for me. Sarah is the most fair and honest in the auto repair industry I have run across. I do not ever hesitate to refer my friends to them.
